Based in Virginia, James spent over a decade in the United States Navy as a bomb technician before transitioning back into the private sector in 2020. Since then, he has extensive experience in private equity operations across services and manufacturing, and has previously held portfolio-level roles including President, Head of Sales, and Chief of Staff.
