I feel most inspired and fulfilled when I’m able to solve a pain point or eliminate an inefficiency. My approach is always to identify the root cause of an issue and implement a lasting solution, rather than applying temporary fixes along the way. There’s a real sense of satisfaction in knowing that my work has made someone else’s job easier.
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is…
During a particularly challenging and overwhelming time, I was given a piece of advice: “Just make the next right decision.” That simple idea has stayed with me throughout my career. We don’t always have all the answers in the moment, and facing complex or high-pressure situations can feel daunting. But by focusing on the next right step, rather than the perfect solution, you can keep moving forward, avoiding the paralysis that often comes from trying to figure everything out at once.
