Kasey Owens is an experienced professional with a background in insurance sales, account management, recruiting, client consulting, and nonprofit leadership. She previously served as Board President of the Franklin County Area United Way, helping lead a record-breaking community campaign, and continues to serve in nonprofit leadership roles focused on mentorship, community outreach, and organizational development. Raised in a blue-collar family and married to a heavy equipment operator, she values hard work, communication, and service-driven leadership.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?
The most inspiring part of my job is the opportunity to connect people with meaningful opportunities that can truly change the trajectory of their lives. I enjoy building relationships, understanding what drives each individual, and helping place the right people in the right roles where they can grow, succeed, and make an impact. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the work I do not only supports our partners, but also helps individuals build fulfilling careers and brighter futures.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is simple: Serve. Get involved in your community, support those in need, and use your time and talents to make a difference. I’ve found that meaningful leadership starts with showing up for others and investing in the communities around you.
