Tyrus offers a powerful blend of leadership, strategic insight, and operational expertise. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served eight years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Civil Affairs officer. After his military service, he earned an MBA and joined Boston Consulting Group, advising clients in retail, consumer goods, and telecommunications on digital strategy, post-merger integration, pricing, and labor optimization. Most recently, Tyrus was a founding member of the Portfolio Operations Group at Trinity Hunt Partners, where he worked closely with executives and founder-owners to drive organic growth across healthcare services, commercial HVAC, paving, distribution, and tech-enabled services businesses.
